  • Do You Need Tracking Info?

    • We process our orders daily but we still require 2 to 4 days handling time to process and ship the items to you. If you have not received tracking, DO NOT Panic!, Simply email us and ask for a tracking number. We answer emails daily also but allow 48 hours to get an email response. The reason for these delays are simple: We do not have enough man-power to handle the volume of calls and emails and to keep our prices this low, this delay exists.

      However, if you need a tracking number, No Need To Call! Just email us at Info@ahfashion.com with "Order Status" Subject and we will answer you shortly with an updated information regarding your shipment.

     

  • Do you need help with the order you have already Received?

    • SUPPORT ONLY BY EMAIL! If you have an issue with your order, we need to hear from you within 48 hours after receiving your order. We have to get an email from you stating the problem and what we can do to help you! Simply fill out the form above and state your problem with your contact information which makes it easy to locate your order. We will answer you shortly with solution to your problem. Please make sure to read our return policy and exchange policy before emailing which is located at our Help Desk.

      • Email us at info@ahfashion.com with "Order Issue" subject line.
      • Please include your information that matches the original purchaser including, email address, first name, last name and zip code.
      • Also tell us when the item was delivered to you and tell us the issue you have with your product.
