Shipping:
We Ship Via
UPS and USPS. Please Allow 5-7 Business day
after your item has been shipped to arrive
at your door via UPS Ground. Other UPS methods
have different delivery times. Do not assume
Next Day Air will arrive the day after your
order unless noted with a salesman. You may
NOT cancell your order because you received
it late unless you purchased Next Day Air,
2 Day Air, 3 Day Select or noted by our Sales
agents on your purchase number.
Orders are
processed rather quickly and it may have already
been shipped. But we do allow a 6-hour window
for cancellation from the time you placed
your order. However, if you are canceling
your order after the 6 hours and it has not
been shipped, there is a $25 cancellation
fee. If your order has already been shipped,
it cannot be cancelled. You may return the
merchandise once you receive it. If your package
is refused after being shipped, you will still
be charged for the shipping and also the return
shipping. Shipping to Europe, Canada, Hawaii,
Alaska is always Actual. Some locations do
not offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air or
even 3 Day Select. We have the right to ship
our products according to its actual shipping
cost. We will charge Actual Shipping Charges
if the item's shipping payment is lower than
what UPS, FedEx, USPS charges. US.
All shipping
charges are estimates and vary. We may or
may not notify you of these surcharges if
they are less than $10 difference from the
amount paid at the time of purchase. We never
refund shipping charges. All shipping charges
are final.
RETURN POLICY
We issue 100%
refund if one or more conditions below are
met:
we have wrongfully
misrepresented an item or we shipped out the
wrong item.
Customer is not satisfied with our item and
notifies us by emailing us to info@ahfashion.com
within 2 days of receiving our item.
He/she should contact us explaining his un-satisfaction.
Only then, we would accept a return. Refunds
in this case are given less 10% restocking
fee and less shipping.
An authorization letter is required to be
included in the returned box to our facilities.
We honor such returns given the item is NOT
used and the merchandise is in NEW condition,
Tags are attached and is hanged on the same
hanger (factory) in which it was sent originally.
If we notice that the item was used or some
alterations were done, we would return the
item to the buyer and conclude sale.

FROM FIRADO, RIZZOLI, Enzo, PALASSO, Mantoni,
Genevie SUITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE DUE TO THE
FACT THAT THEY ARE SPECIAL ORDERED FROM OUR
WAREHOUSE IN ITALY. THEY ARE HOWEVER EXCHANGEABLE
IF THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE.

No returns
based on Wrong Size Ordered! It's your responsibility
to order the correct size and if for any reason,
the item does not fit, we will gladly exchange
it for you for a better size. No returns based
on expedited shipment unless there is a written
statement from the seller that guarantees
the items be delivered on an specific date.
