Policy and Terms and Conditions: (updated

Our return policy states that all customers
should notify us if they wish to return
merchandise within 7 Days after delivery of
item(s). If we are not notified within this time
period, we shall deem that you are happy and
satisfied with your order and the sale will
become final.
Hugo Boss clothing does not have a return
policy. All sales are final.
All
merchandises $99.99 and below are final
sale!
All returns are subjected to 10% Restocking
fee and less actual shipping fee even if free
shipping was offered at the time of
purchase.
How to return:
Make sure you follow according to our return
policy.
- All items MUST be received in the original
condition. This means with factory hanger, and
all tags attached.
- Ship the item to: 117 W 9th Street #825, Los
Angeles, CA 90015
- Make sure the item you send does NOT require
signature confirmation and just a simple
delivery confirmation with tracking number.
- Send us an email with the subject “Return”
with: Order Number or Transaction Number to help
us identify your Order
- Your full name including full address
- The tracking associated with the returned
merchandise.
*We
reserve the right to not offer refund or accept
returns on items that we suspect have been worn
for a special event and returned. To qualify for
a refund, ALL items must be returned in their
original condition, including the original
packaging and containers/boxes/hangers,
documentation and tags. Do not mark or deface
original manufacturer containers/labels in any
manner. Do not keep the original hangers or
manufacturer’s boxes. Do not use the
manufacturer’s box as the mailing box.
All items leave our
warehouse 1-3 days after orders received. except
for those items in back order which may depart
later.
Our
return policy excludes the following products
and services:
1.Products
with brand names, Hugo Boss, Enzo, are non
refundable but Exchangeable. These items are
special orders so we choose not to offer refund
for these items. We have chosen this Final sale
because we work very hard to keep our costs low
and be able to still offer such low prices on
our every top quality men's suits. The
restocking fee for these items can be up to 40%.
Please be sure of your size before ordering to
prevent any unnecessary cost.
2. Products
with that are listed on our “Clearance” category
or are below $99.99 USD. These products are
usually reduced at almost 90% off retail and all
sales on them are FINAL! No Returns!
3. Boys
suits have Exchanges ONLY. No returns.
4.
When buying a combo deal ( items which are sold
with a tie and shirt) keep in mind, the shirt
and tie might not match the ones you see on the
website. We will not accept returns if your
shirt and tie does not match the one seen at the
combo deal!
UNAUTHORIZED
RETURNS:

Unless we have
authorized you to ship item (s) back to our
facilities, we do not take any items in
returns.

Everytime you need to
return or exchange an item, an email MUST be
sent to info@ahfashion.com
and we would have to authorize it before it can
be processed.

exchanges will not be accepted and you may be
liable to pay additional shipping fee to have
them shipped back to you.

When will
my order ship?
Usually
items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business
days. Sometimes however, we are out of stock in
an item and we have to special order it, so it
can take a bit longer. However, you can always
call us and find out about the status. You will
receive a tracking number emailed to you by UPS
when your item is being shipped.
UPS
Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select DO
NOT mean that the items will be delivered to you
in the days mentioned in the method of shipment.
ALL shipments have 1-3 (could be longer) transit
time before shipment. If you need an item
faster, you SHOULD email us and CONFIRM with us.
We will NOT accept returns based on passed
deadlines! YOU are the party responsible to
order ahead of time for your event. Unless a
written statement guarantees your shipment to
get to you before or on a certain date, there is
absolutely, positively no guarantee that the
items purchased will arrive on a certain date!
