Shipping & Delivery

Usually items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Sometimes however, we are out of stock in an item and we have to special order it, so it can take a bit longer. However, you can always call us and find out about the status. You will receive a tracking number emailed to you by UPS when your item is being shipped.

UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select DO NOT mean that the items will be delivered to you in the days mentioned in the method of shipment. ALL shipments have 1-3 (could be longer) transit time before shipment. If you need an item faster, you SHOULD email us and CONFIRM with us. We will NOT accept returns based on passed deadlines! YOU are the party responsible to order ahead of time for your event. Unless a written statement guarantees your shipment to get to you before or on a certain date, there is absolutely, positively no guarantee that the items purchased will arrive on a certain date!

We do not accept any money back returns on items delivered Late for Standard Shipping due to late delivery. On Express Delivery including 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day Air, unless we guarantee a specific date of delivery, order can not be cancelled due to late delivery. On rare circumstances when we do allow it, there is a 40% Restocking fee + Actual Shipping and Handling Cost.

This privacy policy will help you understand what information is collected when you visit and how that information will be used. When you visit our Site and shop online with AhFashion, we will ask you to submit certain information in order to properly process your order, such as your name, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and e-mail address. If necessary, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to request any information needed to fulfill and ship your merchandise. This information too will be stored on a secure server, and credit card information will be encrypted. Additionally, we may contact you after your order has shipped to ensure that your order was received in good condition and in a timely manner.

At times we may contract with unaffiliated third parties to assist us in managing and maintaining our customer information. At no time will we authorize those parties to use your information for any other purpose.

Except as described above, we will not share, rent or sell any information with any other party for any reason.

AhFashion & Suitaly generally sends the following mailings each year:

  • Invitations to our Seasonal or other Annual/Semi-Annual Sales

Children's Policy

AhFashion & Suitaly is very concerned about the safety of children using the Internet. In keeping with the Children's Online Protection Act of 1998, we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any visitor under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent.

If we discover that a visitor under the age of 13 has registered without parental consent, we will remove his or her registration information from our files. We may then maintain a record of the child's name and address in a DO NOT REGISTER file to prevent future re-registration by them.

This Site may include links to other sites that are not within our control. These websites have their own policies about privacy and security, which you should review before using those sites. AhFashion & Suitaly does not assume any responsibility for these linked sites and provides these links solely for the convenience of our customers.

Returns & Replacements


Our return policy states that all customers should notify us if they wish to return returnable merchandise(s) within 7 Days after delivery of item(s). If we are not notified within this time period, we shall deem that you are happy and satisfied with your order and the sale will become final.

  1. Altered, worn or used items are non returnable.
  2. Boy Suits are not returnable.
  3. Combination Items are not returnable.
  4. Accessories are all final sale. (shirts, ties, vests, bow ties and etc.
  5. Items equal or less than 99.99 are not refundable.
  6. All group orders of 3 suits and more are final sales unless a completely wrong item(s) were shipped. Item(s) purchased in bulk can not be returned because different "shade" of color was received. You can only return items if the color is totally different, meaning that you purchased Gray and received Black. You may purchase one items and check the color before purchasing a bulk order.

Actual International Shipping Fee is not refundable.  All items shipped internationally are subject to duties and taxes. By law, you are required to pay these taxes and we can not do anything about them.

All returns are subjected to 10% Restocking fee and less actual shipping fee even if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase.


Make sure you follow according to our return policy.

  1. Email us using our Customer service Link
  2. Send us an email stating the reason for your return/ exchange. Include your full name, address, order number so we can find your information.
  3. You will be receiving a reply within 48 hours confirming that the return/exchange is OKAY. Only then, you may return/exchange your item back to our facility. (if you do not get a resonse within 48 business hours, please send us an email directly to subject line "returns/exchanges.")
  4. We will responde to you with an Exchange / Return Authorization Number. You must put that number on a letter and leave it inside the box when shiping it back to us. It's recomended that you use a shiping method that provides you with a tracking. We are not responsible for lost shipments to our facilities.

All items MUST be received in the original condition. This means with factory hanger, and all tags attached for return/exchange to be accepted.


Unless we have authorized you to ship item (s) back to our facilities, we do not take any items in returns.

Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted and you may be liable to pay additional shipping fee to have them shipped back to you.
